Software Architecture

The Software Architecture group develops cloud computing data science platforms and environments. These include the HeLx platform used in neuroscience, plant genomics, and clinical research projects. The Software Architecture group also designs scalable knowledge management methods including full-text search systems augmented with knowledge graphs and machine learning models.
